She was born in Bluefields, Nicaragua, the daughter of a US ambassador and a Nicaraguan mother, and thus probably holds dual US/Nicaraguan citizenship. Barbara Carrera has married (and divorced): model Uva Barden At some point she was involved with Scientology, but left shortly afterward. She is currently friends with journalist Cameron Docherty. [edit] Her first appearance on the screen was a publicity role for the Chiquita bananas. Her first film role was as a fashion model in Puzzle of a Downfall Child (1970), which fared poorly at the box office. She later played in such films as The Island of Dr. Moreau, Condorman, Point of Impact, Tryst, and Embryo. Carrera is perhaps best known for her role as the villainess Fatima Blush in the James Bond movie Never Say Never Again. She also played a part in the television series Dallas as "Angelica Nero", and was in the historical 1981 TV miniseries Masada. She is an artist, and her paintings have been hung in the Hollywood Entertainment Museum. "Judging Amy"
