Riley Weston is the stage name of actress Kimberlee Kramer, whose exploits revealed age discrimination in Hollywood television production in the 1990s.

Acting under her real name, she appeared in guest parts in 1980s sitcoms. Then, perceiving her age to be a liability, she landed a lucrative writing job on the drama Felicity by changing her name to Riley Weston and claiming to be 19, when she was in fact 32 years old. She managed to fool agents, producers, and even Entertainment Weekly magazine, which named her one of the 100 most creative people in Hollywood, calling her a 19-year old "wunderkind".

After her true age was discovered, she was fired from the show and went public with her story.

Since then, she has granted interviews to discuss Hollywood's seemingly irrational obsession with youth. She also acts occasionally.
